In this episode of the Fultondale 1st Podcast, Mark talks with fellow pastor and staff member Andy Blake. Andy discusses his role as Pastor of Member Care and his excitement about launching a marriage ministry at Fultondale First focused on intergenerational disciple-making, where trained older couples organically mentor younger couples for ongoing support beyond one-day marriage conferences (which the church is pausing this year to shift toward the new ministry). They also highlight the church’s emphasis on aligning everything with Scripture through the midweek study “God’s Design for Church,” and Andy’s desire to support and encourage Mark’s leadership.
